The Loving Release Workshop

If you were at our last workshop, you were introduced to a dynamic group of women and explored the idea of giving yourself permission to remove mental and spiritual blocks, welcome abundance, and being yourself. 

For our next workshop, The Loving Release, we will utilize the permission we’ve given ourselves to connect to mother nature and our true nature as we lovingly release what doesn’t work for us, in us, and for our future. 

I’m super excited to facilitate this workshop in person at Prospect Park! We will meet at the Grand Army Plaza entrance. There will be some writing, some earthing, and dare I say, some performing?

This workshop is perfect for those who:

• Who are working through writer's block
• Are manifesting
• Have an idea that they’re afraid/hesitate to start
• Want to create/reflect in community with other women of color
